It incorporates intelligent tension control and a rapid wire-change system—a single operator can swap wires in one minute and run multiple machines at once. With cutting speeds up to 32 m/s and feed rates configurable from 0.1 to 2000 mm/min, it handles workpieces up to 300×200×200 mm with consistent, repeatable precision.

This is probably the most flexible saw in the lineup for complex geometries. Designed for workpieces with specific shape requirements, it cuts a wide range of materials into various contoured forms at high speed while leaving smooth cutting surfaces. An automatic tension mechanism eliminates manual tension calculation, and the waterproofed body supports wet cutting for clean, environmentally friendly operation. Mounted on four sets of pulley feet, the machine is easy to move yet stable in place—simple to operate and practical for everyday shop use.
Ensoll ESG400 Diamond Wire Saw
The ESG400-4T is a gantry-type endless diamond wire saw. This is probably the best all-around saw in the lineup for hard, brittle materials. It achieves linear speeds 3 to 4 times faster than traditional wire cutting—up to 32 m/s—while keeping operation simple and the machine footprint small. It cuts nearly any material, including glass, rock, jade, silicon, ceramics, magnetic materials, metal alloys, and graphite, and excels with high-value hard brittle workpieces. An adaptive tensioning system eliminates manual tension calculation, and the waterproof body supports wet cutting. A rotary axis can be added as a custom upgrade for rotational cutting.
